Leading Pathways to Mindful Living...

Meditation and mindfulness practices were the solid foundation for Cynthia through her most challenging life events.  After years of personal practice and a 5 day Mindfulness For Educators retreat with Thich Nhat Hanh she set out on the path of exploring different types of meditation. 


As a certified meditation facilitator Cynthia courageously shares her life lessons, and guides participants in corporate settings, retreats, and local studios on their journey to deeper self awareness and calmness. Naturality is the path of living according to your nature, meditation has many different paths, part of the journey is finding the one that resonates for you.


As a wellness facilitator Cynthia helps organizations and individuals increase their self awareness and resiliency with a variety of positive psychology tools including mindfulness and emotional intelligence.


Changing habits and patterns that have been deeply ingrained requires patience, understanding, boundaries, a measure of self love, and the voice of someone who can empathize because she has walked a similar path.
